Maximizing Space
Located in the stunning Lower Mission, this particular property was full of potential. With a scenic creek flowing at the back of the lot, we saw an opportunity to create a relaxing space for the homeowner to soak up the sun and enjoy a new swim spa. The challenge was to maximize the space while keeping the beautiful natural surroundings intact. We came up with a creative solution that allowed the homeowner to fully utilize the area, while still feeling connected to the peaceful setting of the creek.
Nighttime Tranquility
Nighttime is just as enjoyable as the daytime with the addition of key lighting in focal planting areas and safety lighting in all stairs and paving areas, which provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making this space perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet night outdoors. The landscape design features clean and crisp lines with a modern planting style that elevates the space and complements the surrounding natural beauty.
Multi-generational Oasis
To make the most of the property, we also created a hidden playground area tucked away in the back, so that the grandkids can enjoy their playtime safely while the adults enjoy the rest of the space. This design allows for multi-generational use and creates an oasis where the whole family can relax and enjoy quality time together. With the right balance of functionality and aesthetics, this property has truly become a hidden gem in the Lower Mission area.
